We updated this 7,644 square foot home with minimal renovation work, a lot of paint, creativity and a full furniture and decor package. The ground floor powder room received a partial remodel, with a zellige tile full height backsplash, floating white oak shelves and updates to the existing vanity. We carefully removed the dated, 90s-era elements, such as a decorative steel mantel at the living and dining room fireplaces, and worked within the existing architecture to allow the bulk of the budget to go towards furniture, lighting and decor. The end result is a warm and approachable home, full of natural light, soft textiles, pops of blue, creams and tans found in the various woods and leathers.
