FULL SERVICE
This service is tailored to clients who are building a new home or renovating an existing home. Full service design typically includes everything from architectural finishes to accessories, and is suitable for full or partial home renovations. We’ll work with you to identify the scope of work, set realistic expectations around your timeline and budget, and identify the team needed to complete your project, including architect and builder recommendations. We conceptualize the design of you home, source and procure all furniture, fixtures and decor, work closely with the architect and contractor, and are on site frequently during construction to ensure the design is on point and on time. This is a white-glove offering with the option to receive move-in ready concierge services, finishing touches, such as professional organizing services and stocking your kitchen pantry to your liking!
DESIGN + DECORATING
We offer full service interior design and decorating to those who want to fully update their home, but do not need or want major construction. We dive right into furniture layouts and finishes. We’ll specify fixtures, finishes and furniture, and we will handle the procurement and installation of all merchandise. We identify any trades that are needed to execute the design, such as wallpaper installers and upholstery workrooms. This service culminates in a single or multi-day installation and styling session of all furniture, art and accessories. The same optional white-glove concierge services are available to our full service decorating clients.
DESIGN DAY
A design day is perfect for those seeking a beautiful and thoughtful home, without needing our bespoke design services, and project management. At the end of our design day, you walk away with a full design plan conveyed in a PDF. This may include specific product recommendations and links, vendor recommendations, design concept sketches, and furniture layouts. We can source everything from decorative lighting to bathroom finishes, kitchen cabinet paint colors and style, furniture and more.
